A new for 2015 building, Seagull cottage has beautiful views of the sea from the lounge, from the bedroom and from the circular window on the stairs.
There are three bedrooms: a large double bedroom and small double bedroom on the ground floor and a double bedroom upstairs. A study off the upstairs bedroom has a folding guest bed (bed 7 of the sleeps 6/7) that can be placed in the bedroom for children that would like to sleep near their parents.
There are two bathrooms, each having a bath, with the upstairs bathroom having a separate shower. There is a large storage cupboard, with a hanging rail, on the landing.

You can relax outside on the small patio area to the rear of the building which has a lovely view of the beach.
There’s room for parking one car on the driveway and there is free parking in the street. Don’t worry about driving to the beach as it will be quicker on foot. The beach is just over two minutes walk away.
